Job closed. Invoice paid. FieldPay catches it in HouseCall Pro and pays your tech or sub the same day.
You're running your jobs through HouseCall Pro
You're calculating who gets paid what after every completed job
You want your techs and subs to feel the win the same day they finish the work
Three steps. No spreadsheets, no manual tracking.
Add your HCP API key in FieldPay. We import your price book and sync your technician list automatically.
In FieldPay, designate which price book categories in HouseCall Pro are eligible for instant payout requests — Repair, Install, Service Call, whatever work your team performs. That's your only setup.
When a tagged line item appears on a paid HCP invoice, FieldPay creates a payout request in your queue. You review and approve — your tech gets paid the same day.
You approve. They get paid. They see it build.
