Do you integrate with field service software?
Yes — we're launching integrations with HouseCall Pro and Skimmer. Does it work for both W-2 employees and 1099 contractors?
Yes. You don't need parallel systems depending on how your workforce is classified.
Does this replace my payroll?
No — and it doesn't need to. For W-2 employees, FieldPay advances wages your team has already earned. At the end of the pay period, your payroll run recovers the advance and processes everything at your employees' normal tax rate — not the higher rate that applies to bonuses. You get a clean, ready-to-import report compatible with ADP, Gusto, and most PEO platforms. For 1099 contractors, FieldPay is the full pay cycle: payments are net and straightforward, no payroll integration needed.
Is FieldPay a staffing platform or labor marketplace?
No. We don't find you workers. You bring your own team, add them to a roster, and use instant pay to motivate and keep them.
